Kitsap Kid’s Dentistry is very excited to be participating in the Whaling Days Parade for the second year in a row! This year, the parade will be held on Saturday, July 30th. Whaling Days is a non-profit festival that runs from July 29th through July 31st. Whaling Days has hosted a family oriented festival in “Old Town” Silverdale since 1972, and is run exclusively by volunteers. The objective of this very fun three day event is to is to help in supporting our Kitsap County community. To do this, Whaling days has begun setting aside monies as available in the annual budget to “give back”. It is the largest music festival in Kitsap County, and draws thousands of people out every year. The parade on the 30th begins at 10:00 AM. Carnival rides, food vendors, and information booths all open to the public at 11:00AM. Last year, our team walked in the parade with our car, passing out waters to all parade spectators, and had an amazing time! This year, we will be distributing tooth brushes and different flavored chapsticks. Our team will be joined by several beautiful tooth fairies and our friendly frog mascot! We can’t wait to see you there!
